Standard Free Shipping
Shipping to 48 contiguous states of the US is FREE.
Free shipping offer excluded on Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.
Your furniture is packed in manufacturer's original box/package; and will be palletized to prevent damage during transit. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to properly prepare your shipment.
Delivery normally takes 5-25 business days from the time the shipment leaves our warehouse or distribution center.
Delivery to a remote or isolated area not commonly serviced by freight carriers may take an additional 1-2 weeks, additional delivery fees may apply.
Our Free Shipping Service provides delivery of your shipment to your driveway, front porch, garage, a lobby or reception area. It does NOT include product placement inside your house, unpacking, assembling, and cleaning up. In some cases, truck driver needs your help to unload your furniture.
Combined purchases discount is available for multiple orders that can be shipped to the same address.
Special Delivery Services
Depending on your location, we may be able to offer special services such as upgrading to White Gloves Delivery, Delivery to Apartment or High-Rise building, Time Definite Delivery for an additional fee.

Scheduling Your Delivery Appointment
As soon as the shipment arrives at your local delivery terminal, your carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery appointment.
Please notify the carrier any circumstances that might affect your delivery, such as narrow street, dead-end street, long driveway, etc. (additional fees may apply).
Receiving Your Delivery
Our Quality Control Department must inspect the merchandise before it being listed and before it is shipped out to you.
You should obtain proper help to receive the freight shipment. In some cases, the driver needs your help to unload the shipment.
When receiving the furniture, it is important that you inspect all the items’ condition before signing the receipt. We cannot process and authorize an exchange/replacement on any damage/shortage not listed on the receipt. If you notice any damage or defect, please follow these steps:
1. Make note on the delivery receipt about the damage/defect/shortage.
2. Take photos of the piece(s) that have issue(s).
3. Notify us within 1 day from receiving date.
4.We will arrange exchange, replacement for the defective/damaged unit in timely manner.
If you find concealed damage or defect after the truck leaves, please do not discard any of the original boxes/packaging material/pallet. Please follow these steps:
1. Take photos of the piece(s) that have issue(s).
2. Immediately contact IFD Furnishings to report the items. Please notify us within 1 day from receiving date.
3. We will work with you to resolve the problem in timely manner. In our sole discretion, we may arrange the repair, issue a replacement or authorize a return for the piece.
Please only refuse your shipment if all the pieces are severely damaged.
